Purok 10 was a community in front of the town's plaza of Alabel. The purok served as the site of Alabel's first municipal hall. Significant events like the Kite Festival and Woodstock Sarangani happened in Purok 10. This marvelous purok began as a simple community of people bound by faith and patriotism.
